STANDARD SHIPPING ON PET TAGS IN THE U.S.:
Standard shipping is sent via USPS and may not include tracking depending on the size/value of your order. If you'd like tracking, please upgrade shipping at check out. Currently USPS standard shipping takes anywhere from 2-8 days to deliver depending on distance.
International shipping can take 10 - 15 business days. Faster upgrade options are available at check out.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited ship method does not mean expedited production time. If you need your item sooner than standard production time, please message through this site or via email (email@example.com) prior to purchase so we can make sure we can meet your needs and flag your order for expedited production.
ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL:
If an item has not arrived after its normal transit time, please contact me for a replacement.
ITEMS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES:
- If an error in shipping address is made at the time of order placement, it is the responsibility of the purchasing party to message through this site or via email requesting the order be shipped to another address. This is easy to update.
- If an item is shipped to a bad address and returned, I will contact you for the correct address and mail your item again.
- If the item is shipped to the wrong address, please contact USPS to see if they can update to a forwarding address. If this is not possible, please contact me, I will provide a discount for a replacement.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded if item cost is refunded.
