Refund policy

Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. Any approved returns are to be sent back at the customer's expense. Black Dog Engraving covers the cost of out bound shipment only. 

Because items are personalized, refunds are not available after an item has shipped. If you have an issue with your order, you have 14 days from the delivery date to email info@blackdogengraving.com for resolution. 

You may cancel and request a refund within 12 hours of placing your order.
