If an item has not arrived after its normal transit time, please contact me for a replacement.

ITEMS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES:

If an error in shipping address is made at the time of order placement, it is the responsibility of the purchasing party to message through this site or via email requesting the order be shipped to another address. This is easy to update.
If an item is shipped to a bad address and returned, I will contact you for the correct address and mail your item again.
If the item is shipped to the wrong address, please contact USPS to see if they can update to a forwarding address. If this is not possible, please contact me, I will provide a discount for a replacement.

Great luggage tags, delivered fast

Ordered luggage tags. They arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. The aluminum is thick enough to be tough. I tried scratching the lettering off with a screwdriver (hey, I was curious), but couldn't. The readability is great. Will definitely come back if I need any more in future.
